Free Hosting Terms Of Use

From time-to-time The Barton Organization, LLC (“Barton”) will offer free web hosting services to Customers or Clients (“Client”); those that are given consulting, support or professional services by Barton within the current year.
The terms are as follows:
Free hosting renews weekly, on Sundays, unless otherwise specified or terms have been violated by Client.
Barton reserves the right to cancel Free Hosting for ANY reason necessary, and NOT limited to:
Free Hosting is given to Barton Client’s to help ease the website development experience.
Client may enjoy free hosting as long as they do not contract or engage in a competing business, organization, non-profit, friend or family member in services that the Barton provides.
That is, when a Client engages in Consulting services, Design services, Web Developer, in regards to the website that is receiving free hosting; Client with be in violation of free hosting and free hosting will be terminated immediately.
